IBPS Clerk Admit Card 2024 The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is scheduled to run the Common Recruitment Process (CRP Clerks XIV) to recruit and choose clerical cadre positions in 11 banks of the public sector that are participating.
The selection process involves the online examinations for preliminary and main exams that will fill various vacant positions in the financial year 2025-26. The applicants are now keen to get their IBPS Clerk’s Admit Card to take the examination. The institute will issue the admit card a week prior to examination date at ibps.in. Selection Procedure for IBPS Clerk Posts
The IBPS Clerk selection process takes place in various stages to ensure that the bank has the most qualified candidates for the clerical cadre positions in banks that are participating. The process for selection consists of the steps below:
- Online Preliminary Exam:The preliminary exam is the initial step in the process of selection. It is comprised of three parts: English Language, Numerical Ability and reasoning Ability. The exam is online and has a 60 minutes in length. Candidates need to score minimum marks for each section in order to be eligible to move on to the next section.
- Online Mains Exam:Candidates who qualify for the preliminaries exam can sit for the main exam. The exam is comprised of four parts that include General/Financial Awareness General English, Reasoning Ability and Computer Aptitude, as well as Quantitative Aptitude. The exam is on the internet and lasts for 160 minutes in duration. The marks total for the main exam is 200. Candidates must obtain the minimum cut-off mark in each section as well as for the whole exam in order to be considered for a provisosal allotment.
- Provisional AllotmentAfter the main exam and the shortlisting of candidates according to their performance and the state-wise or UT-wise vacancies that are that are reported by participating banks. The provisional allotment process is conducted using a merit-cum-preference system.
IBPSC Clerk Examination Schedule
The organisation will conduct the Pre-Examination Training (PET) which will be held from August 12 to 17 August 2024, for qualified candidates. The first exam will take place in August 2024. results expected by September 2024. Candidates who are able to pass the preliminary examination will take part in the main exam in October 2024.
