Kolkata Police Admit Card 2024 The West Bengal Police (WBP) Recruitment Board has received the applications to fill Kolkata Police recruitment from 1 March 2024. The deadline for applications was March 29, 2024. The recruitment board hopes to fill the 3734 vacant positions, which include 3464 openings for constables as well as 270 female constable positions.
The board is now scheduled to conduct a written test. Candidates who took part in the process of applying are awaiting an announcement on the examination time and announcement of admit card for the Constable KP.

KP Constable Selection Process
The Kolkata police selection process consists of different stages, which are listed in the following sections:
- Preliminary Examination:It is the initial step in the process of selection. It is an assessment test. The test is used to assess the knowledge of applicants. The candidates who are selected will be invited to participate in the next phase in the process of selection.
- Physical Measurement test:After taking the exam written the physical test will be conducted. This test measures the chest height and weight of candidates will be assessed.
- Physical Efficiency Test It involves sprinting high, long and low jump to evaluate the candidates.
- interview:The last stage in the process of selection is an interview. The merit lists are compiled using Final Written Examination and Interview scores. Candidates’ ability to speak Bengali is also evaluated in the interview.
Kolkata Police Constable Exam Pattern
- The exam is written and is comprised of 100 questions.
- Candidates will have one hour to finish the exam.
- The paper that you will take to answer the questions will be in two languages.
- Candidates receive 1 mark for every correct answer.
- 0.25 points will be deducted for each wrong answer.
