Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:
- You must be a member of NIS. National Institute of Sports (NIS) through a one-year program or
- You must have a Level 2 accreditation through the International Hockey Federation (FIH) Coaching Course in High Performance.
Experience:
- Experience and expertise in development and coaching at the local level with teams of repute (teams taking part in tournaments of ‘A’ grade in the framework of Hockey India).
- Experience with the latest coaching practices, trends and the use of cutting-edge technology tools in coaching.
Skills:
- Effective management skills to create and creating strategic plans.
- Excellent analytical and observational abilities.
- Ability to work on your own as a part of an team, with high self-motivation.
