Eligibility Criteria for IIM Shillong Recruitment 2024
Education Qualification:-
1. Deputy General Manager (Knowledge Services):-
- Candidates must have the Ph.D. with first class in the Master’s degree with a focus on Library and Information Science from an accredited University.
Experience:-
A minimum of 15 years’ equivalent work experience, based on which at the very least:
(a) (b) of Pay Level 10 or higher (b) 12 years in Pay Level 10 or above
(b) seven years of Pay Level-11 or higher or
(c) Three years of Pay Level 12 of Govt./PSU or equivalent experience in Industry.
Age Limit: 45 years at the date of publication of the advertisement.
2. Senior Executive Associate to Director:-
- Master’s degree with 60% marks, and excellent writing and oral communication abilities
Experience:-
At least 12 years’ comparable work experience. at the very least:
(a) (a) 10 years of Pay Level 6 or higher (b) 10 years in Pay Level 6 or above
(b) (b) of Pay Level 8 or above (c) 6 years in Pay Level 8 or above
(c) currently working in Pay Level 10
in Govt./PSU or similar in Industry.
Age Limit: 40 years at the date of publication of the advertisement.
Pay Scale:-
(i) Deputy General Manager (Knowledge Services) – Level-12 of the Academic Pay Matrix, Initial Basic Pay Rs.1,01,500/-
(ii) Senior Executive Associate to Director – Level-10, Initial Basic Pay Rs.56,100/-
Selection Process for IIM Shillong Recruitment 2024
Selection Procedure to be followed for Administrative Posts of Indian Institute of Management Shillong At first the applicants will be scrutinized to make sure they meet the criteria for eligibility. The candidates who are shortlisted will be invited to an interview. This will be conducted according to suggestions from the Screening Committee.
