Delhi Home Guard Physical Test 2024: The Directorate General of Home Guards (DGHG) has published an advertisement for Home Guard Volunteers to recruit 10,285 candidates. The application process was closed in February, but due to unforeseen circumstances, the DGHG in New Delhi has postponed the physical test. Candidates who have applied should not worry as the authorities will soon announce the new dates for the physical tests on the official website dghgenrollment.in.
Candidates will be shortlisted for the written test on the basis of PMT and PET tests. The admit card for the physical test is expected to be released 10 to 15 days before the exam date. Registered candidates will be informed about the new dates shortly and can download the admit card by providing their registration number and date of birth.

Delhi Home Guard Physical Measurement Test

The Physical Efficiency Test (PET) is a 1600-meter running test. The qualifying times are as follows:
PET for Male Candidates:
- Age up to 30 years: 1600 m in 6 minutes
- Age 30-40 years: 1600 m in 7 minutes
- Age 40-50 years: 1600 m in 8 minutes
- ESM/Ex-CAPF Above 45: 1600 m in 10 minutes
PET for Female Candidates:
- Age up to 30 years: 1600 m in 8 minutes
- Age 30-40 years: 1600 m in 9 minutes
- Age 40-50 years: 1600 m in 10 minutes
