EPFO Recruitment 2024 The Employees’ Provision Fund Organisation (EPFO) invites applicants for various post on a deputation-based basis. The positions include the Deputy Director (Audit) and Assistant Director (Audit) and Assistant Director (Audit) with posts open in various cities like Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, and others. The candidates who qualify are employees of EPFO, Central, or State Government, with a suitable education knowledge (preferably B.Com) or professional qualifications, for example, having passed the SAS exam.
Candidates must have prior expertise in accounting and audit in similar posts, or having the required years of experience in similar positions. The initial deputation period is for three years. It is subject to the possibility of extensions. Applicants are not allowed to exceed the age of 56. EPFO Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
The process for determining the EPFO deputation posts will be conducted according to the guidelines established by the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT). Candidates will be evaluated according to their experience, eligibility and experience. The term of deputation runs initially three years with the possibility of an extension according to DoPT regulations. A selection panel will consider the applicants’ qualifications for the positions and give preference to those for those who’s salary and allowances are controlled by Central Government rules.

A pre-approved version of the application precisely typed in the required format (Annexure-I) is required to be received within 30 days of the date of publication. The application should include an explanation clearly explaining the reasons why the applicant is suitable for the position.
The Cadre Controlling Authority must forward the entire application along with the most recent five years annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APARs), an appropriately filled certificate according to Annexure-II and the most current Vigilance Clearance within 60 days of the date of publication.
