- The applicant must be an Engineering Graduate preferably in Miningor Mechanical Engineering with a good academic record at a recognized Universityor Institution.

Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of cumulative experience and at least 10 years of experience in the development of productsor manufacturing/project planning within the iron and steel sector within a reputable company.
