Selection Methodology for AFCAT
The process of deciding on AFCAT 2024 consists of several phases:
- AFCAT Written Exam Online test with questions of a type that are objective. Candidates must pass the exam in order to advance to the next phase.
- AFSB interview Candidates who have been shortlisted in the written test will be invited to an interview with the Air Force Selection Board (AFSB) interview.
- Medical Exam Candidates who pass the AFSB interview will have to undergo an examination for medical reasons.
- Merit List: A final merit list will be made basing on the results of the AFCAT written test as well as the AFSB interview.
