Eligibility Criteria for BRBNMPL Recruitment 2024
Education Qualification and Experience:-
1. Assistant Manager (Security) –
- Ex-JCO with 10 + years of experience in EME/Signals or the technical branch or with a technical degree.
- Ex-JCO with a decade of service. NSG expertise preferred.
- Employee Candidates JCO who has 5 years experience at BRBNMPL.
Staff Candidates Only:
(i) Should be an JCO or Junior Commanded Officer (JCO) of the Indian Army or equivalent rank in the Indian Air Force or Indian Navy.
(ii) You must be a valid employee who has at least 5 years of experience with BRBNMPL at the time of 31 July 2024.
Age Limit:-
External Candidates: 45-52 years.
Personnel Candidates: Extends to 5 years.
2. Security Manager –
- A person who is equivalent to Captain, Assistant Commandant or who has five years of service.
- Experience with Industrial Security.
- Staff Candidates: Former JCO with a total of 10 years experience at BRBNMPL which included five years as Assistant Manager level.
Staff Candidates Only:
(i) (i) Must be an ex-serviceman of the rank of Junior Commissioned within the Indian Army, Navy, or Air Force.
(ii) It must be a verified employee with a minimum of 10 years’ experience at BRBNMPL and five years at the level of Assistant Manager (Pay 10-level) on the date of 31 July 2024.
Age Limit:-
External Candidates: up to 45 years of age.
Personnel Candidates: Extends to 5 years.
Emoluments and Other Facilities:
(i) for the position of Security Manager
Pay level – 11 on the BRBNMPL’s Pay Matrix The initial Basic Pay Rs.69,700/- approximate CTC of Rs.23,30,000/–.
(ii) for the position as assistant manager (Security) (iii) For the post of Assistant Manager (Security)
Pay level 10 in the Pay Matrix of BRBNMPL The initial Basic Pay Rs.56,100(approximate) CTC to be Rs.18,94,000/+.
Selection Process for BRBNMPL Recruitment 2024
The selection process will be based on an interviews with the shortlisted candidates. Simply meeting the eligibility requirements is not a guarantee of an interview. BRBNMPL could alter the minimum criteria if they feel there too many applicants to manage the volume of interviews. BRBNMPL’s decision on this matter is final.
