Eligibility Criteria for CAQM Recruitment 2024
Education Qualification:- Consultant (PS)
- Must be employed with the Central/State Government/ Autonomous/ Statutory Bodies/ PSUs at the level of Private Secretary/ Principal Private Secretary (Grade 8 and above up to Grade 11 of the 7th Pay Scale).
Experience:-The candidate should have at least 5 years’ experience and be able to provide secretarial support to Commission staff, i.e. taking and transcribing dictation in shorthand, assisting in the drafting and issuing of all correspondence as directed by the staff member(s), attending appointments, making telephone calls and receiving visitors and keeping the necessary records with the staff members
Age limit:- The age limit of applicants should be 63 years as on the last date of receipt of application form depending on the post.

Salary (Pay Scale):- Retired employees of non-pensionable statutory institutions/organizations shall be paid the following fixed emoluments:-
i. Retired employees of pay scale 11 and above – Rs.60,000/-
ii. Retired employees of salary grade 8 to 10 – Rs.40,000/-
iii. Retired from a post of pay grade below 8 – Rs.30,000/-
