Qualification Criteria to be Eligible for DMMU Nadia The 2024 DMMU Recruitment
Education Qualification:- District Level Trainers (DLT)
- At a minimum, a better secondary schooling. Higher level degrees or diplomas is recommended.
- It is essential to have a thorough and complete understanding of SHISand SHG-based Federations accounting, bookkeeping, auditing financial inclusion, operation of NUR PIP procedure, etc.
- Training and communications skills.
- It is essential to be open to learning new skills, acquire experience and be physically healthy.
- Willing to leave the Blockor Stateor District If required.
Experience:-
(i) Could become an active SHG Member/SanghMahasarigha Leader/ Ex GPRPor Ex-ORP/NGO worker with 3 years of experience as a specialist in the field of training SHG Leadersand SHG Federation Leaders in a variety of elements.
(ii) You must be a resident of the Nadia district.
Age Limit Age limit for candidates should be at least 21 years old, with a Maximum age 55 years.

Selection Method:
Written exam of 80 marks (Question pattern – MCQ Type)
General Knowledge 10-marks for General Knowledge
Basic Maths 10-marks (10th Standard)
Basic English 10-marks (10th Standard)
SHG related marks – 50 marks
Interview 20 marks
The syllabus for the Written Examination:
Concerns pertaining with NRLM as well as Rural Development.
General Knowledge.
General Arithmetic.
Computer Knowledge special reference to the application of Apps.
The applicant will not receive a TA/DA to participate during the process of selection.
