Enforcement Directorate Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria to be met for Enforcement Directorate recruitment are detailed below.
Eligibility Criteria:
(1) Special Director –
Officers of Central Government or State Government or Union Territory or Autonomous Body or Public Sector Undertaking or Statutory Body or Recognized Research Institute or Semi Government Organisation:
(a) (i) continuously having a similar position in the parent department or in the cadre;
or
(ii) Holding selection grade in PB-4, Rs. 37400-67000 Plus Grade Pay Rs. with three years of regular work in grade 8700 (pre-revised) or higher at the level of Junior Administration Grade
And
(b) fifteen years of of experience in administrative work and minimum 10 years’ experience in investigation or detective work and judicial or prosecutorial work in connection with criminal or fiscal laws, or finance or corporate business.
(2) Additional Director –
Officers of Central Government or State Government or Union Territory or Autonomous Body or Public Sector Undertaking or Statutory Body or Recognized Research Institute or Semi Government Organisation:
(a) (i) continuously being in a similar position within the department or cadre of parent;
(ii) with 5 years of continuous work in PB-3 ranging from Rs.15600-39100 and Grade Pay Rs.7600 (pre-revised) (iii) with Pay Matrix Level 12 (Rs.78800to 209200)or equivalent within the parent department/ cadre (iii) with 05 years regular service in the parent department or cadre
(b) possessing 12 years of professional experience from which 8 years of detective or investigative work, and judicial or criminal work in relation to criminal or financial law or finance, accounts or corporate affairs. years of administrative work.
