Application form in the prescribed format, printed in PDF format at the prescribed place in the online form, handwritten, signed, photograph attached and uploaded.
Original application form uploaded along with certificates/documents to prove eligibility/certificates including (1) Proof of date of birth (10th class certificate with date of birth) (2) Self attested copy of 10th class educational certificate (both mark sheet and passport). Class (both mark sheet and pass certificate) of (3) Proof of relevant experience mentioned in the application (4) Certificate to prove caste / EWS / PWBD to avail reservation/concession, if any (5) Self attested by OBC-NCL candidates -Declaration (6) sent through Aadhaar, Speed Post / Registered Post to AGM(HR)S, HR Dept., FEDO Building, FACT, Udyogamandal, PIN – 683501 so as to reach us within 10 days from the last date for submission of online form.
