To be considered to apply for the HPSC PGT 2024 Recruitment The candidates must
Education Qualification Matriculation with Hindi/Sanskrit or a higher level of education with Hindi as an elective. Candidates must also be successful in passing the Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) or the School Teachers Eligibility Test (STET) and maintain an academic record that is consistently high.
Subject-Specific Requirements:
- Biology: M.Sc. in relevant fields, with 50 scores and B.Ed.
- Chemistry: M.Sc. in Chemistry or Bio-Chemistry, with 50 percent points and B.Ed.
- Commerce: M.Com. Accounting as the main topic and B.Ed.
- Economics: M.A. in Economics, with 50 scores and B.Ed.
- English: M.A. In English with 50 scores and B.Ed.
- Fine Arts: M.A. in Fine Arts with 50 points and B.Ed.
- Geography: M.A. in Geography with marks of 50% and B.Ed.
- Hindi: M.A. In Hindi with 50 scores and B.Ed.
- History: M.A. in History with marks of 50% and B.Ed.
- Home Science: M.Sc. with a major in Home Science with 50% marks and B.Ed.
- Mathematics: M.A./M.Sc. for Mathematics, with at least 50 scores and B.Ed.
- Music: M.A. for Music, with 50 scores and B.Ed.
- Physical Education: M.A. for Physical Education, or M.P.Ed. with 50 scores and B.P.Ed. or equivalent.

Selection Process for HPSC PGT Notification 2024
The selection process for HPSC PCT Recruitment 2024 consists of two primary steps. The first is the Screening Test will be conducted to determine the best candidates using Multiple-choice Questions (MCQs). If they pass the test, they are then eligible for test their knowledge on the Subject Knowledge Test, which will evaluate their proficiency in the topic.
Candidates who score the minimum cutoff score on The Subject Knowledge Test will then be invited to an interview. Selection of the final candidates will be made based on their performance in the Subject Knowledge Test and the interview.
