IBPS SO Recruitment 2024 The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has revealed that it will be launching the common recruitment Process to Recruit Specialist Officers (CRP SPL-XIV) to fill the positions in banking institutions participating in the 2025-26 period. This process of recruitment covers a range of Specialist Officer jobs such as IT Officer Field Officer for Agriculture Rajbhasha Adhikari, law officer, HR/Personnel officer Marketing Officer, and HR/Personnel Officer.

Essential Requirements
Educational Qualification
Each Specialist Officer job is a specific post that requires specialized education:
- IT Officer (Scale-I): 4-year Engineering/Technology Degree in Computer Science/Applications/IT/Electronics or relevant disciplines or Post Graduate Degree in relevant fields or Graduate with DOEACC ‘B’ level.
- Agricultural Field Officer (Scale-I): 4-year Degree in Agriculture/Horticulture/Animal Husbandry/Veterinary Science/Dairy Science/Fishery Science or related fields.
- Rajbhasha Adhikari (Scale-I): Post Graduate Degree in Hindi with English as an option in the Degree level, or Post Graduate Degree with a degree in Sanskrit that includes English as well as Hindi in the subject list at level of degree.
- Law Office (Scale-I): Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) and is enrolled as an advocate in the Bar Council.
- HR/Personnel Officer (Scale-I): Graduate and 2 years Full-time Post Graduate degree or diploma in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/HR/HRD/Social Work/Labour Law.
- Marketing Officer (Scale-I): Graduate and 2 years Full-time MMS (Marketing) or MBA (Marketing) or PGDBA/PGDBM/PGPM/PGDM with specialization in Marketing.
Age Limit
- The Minimum Age is 20 years
- Max Age 30 years
- Age relaxation can be accessed according to the government’s norms for categories that are reserved.

Selection Process
The process of selecting candidates involves three phases:
- Preliminary Exam: Online objective test.
- Main Exam: Online objective test specifically designed to test the professional skills of the specific post.
