Two vacancies are available for the post of Joint Director and Accounts Officer in the National Institute of Disaster Management (NIDM).

NIDM Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria
The criteria for eligibility to be met for NIDM selection are listed below.
Eligibility Criteria:-
(1) Accounts Officer –
(a) Officers of the Central Government or State Government or Union Administration –
(i) often hold similar posts,
or
(ii) employed for a minimum of two years in the Grade Pay Band-2 that ranges from Rs.9300 – 34800, plus 4800;
or
(iii) Worked for a minimum of three years in Pay Band 2 of Grade Pay Rs.9300 + 34800;
and
Qualification:
(i) Have passed (i) Passed the Subordinate Accounts Service or equivalent exam conducted by any other organized Accounts Department of the Central Government;
OR
(ii) Successful successful completion of Institute of Secretarial Training (ISTM) and a management training or equivalent cash and Accounts work. One year working experience with Cash Accounts and budget work.
(2) Joint Director –
Qualification:
(i) Postgraduate Degree in any discipline.
And
(ii) 5 years of work experience as a Grade Pay employee with a minimum of. 7600 in PB-3 or 05 years of experience in administration in the analog post, or at least 10 years of experience.
