Eligibility Requirements
Educational Qualifications
The qualifications required for education for different positions are as follows:
- Senior AssistantBachelor’s Education from a recognized institution or university, at least 120 hours a computer course or equivalent, and must pass a examination on English or Punjabi Typing (30 minutes of words).
- Senior Assistant (IT): B.E. or B.Tech in IT, Electronics & Communication, Computer Science with minimum 50 percent marks, or MCA with 50% marks and two years of work experience.
- Senior Assistant (Accounts):B.Com (Second class) with 3 years of work experience in a commercial company with 120hrs of computer training or equivalent.
- Technical AssistantMaster’s degree in Economics Mathematical Sciences, Agriculture Economics Commerce with Statistics or Statistics with at the minimum of 50 marks.
- Investigator AssistantBachelor’s Master’s Degree in Science (Non-Medical) (or B.Tech (Civil) that has at minimum 60 percent marks.
- Law officer:Professional Degree in Law with at least three years of working experience either as an advocate or an official job.
- Quality manager:10+2 and 3 years study on Aircraft Maintenance Engineering and 5 years of experience working for a reputable Aviation company.
- Personal AssistantGraduate by typing a rate that is 100 words/minute in Punjabi as well as 60 words/minute in English with 120 hrs of computer courses or equivalent.
- Judicial AuditorB.Com (First Division) or M.Com (Second Division) from an accredited university.
- DraftsmanMatriculation and Punjabi as well as two-year draftsman’s certificate Civil with An ITI or higher level in the same field.

The maximum age limit for applicants is 18 and 37 at the time of the 01 January 2023. Age relaxation is permitted according to regulations of Punjab Government rules for reserved categories.

- Written Exam A type of objective (MCQ) writing test is given to all applicants.
- Testing for Typing for positions such as Personal Assistant and Senior Assistant A typing test for both English or Punjabi will be also conducted.
