Eligibility Requirements
Educational Qualifications
The qualifications required for education for different positions are as follows:
- Senior AssistantBachelor’s Education from an approved university or college at least 120 hours a computer course or equivalent, and must pass a examination on English or Punjabi Typing (30 minutes of words).
- Senior Assistant (IT): B.E. or B.Tech in IT, Electronics & Communication, Computer Science with minimum 50 marks or MCA with 50% marks and two years of work experience.
- Senior Assistant (Accounts):B.Com (Second class) with three years of experience working in a commercial company with 120 hours computer instruction or equivalent.
- Technical assistant:Master’s Master’s Degree or higher in Economics Mathematics or Agriculture Economics Commerce, with Statistics or Statistics with at the minimum of 50 marks.
- Investigator AssistantBachelor’s Master’s Degree in Science (Non-Medical) (or B.Tech (Civil) and at minimum 60% marks.
- Law officer:Professional Degree in Law with a minimum of three years’ working experience either as an advocate or an official post.
- Quality manager:10+2 With 3 year training on Aircraft Maintenance Engineering and 5 years of experience working for a reputable aviation company.
- Personal AssistantGraduate with a speed at 100 words per minute Punjabi or 60 words per minute English with 120 hours in a computer training or equivalent.
- Judicial AuditorB.Com (First Division) or M.Com (Second Division) from an institution that is recognized.
- DraftsmanMatriculation including Punjabi with a two year draftsman’s certificate Civil with an ITI or a higher qualification in the same field.
Age Limit (As of 01 January 2023)
The maximum age for applicants is 18 to 37 on the 01st of January, 2023. Age relaxation can be accessed according to regulations of Punjab Government rules for reserved categories.

Selection Process
The process of selection is comprised of:
- Written Exam A type of objective (MCQ) writing test is administered to all candidates.
- Testing for Typing For jobs such as Personal Assistant and Senior Assistant A typing test will be conducted in English or Punjabi will be also conducted.
