Eligibility Criteria for RLDA Recruitment 2024
Education Qualification:- Chief Architect
- Pay Level-13
Employed in Central Government/ State Governmentor PSUs/ Authorities/ Corporations and other Government Organizations and holding similar posts on a regular basis, or being in a position at Level 13 or 7th CPC (*or its IDA equivalent) Pay Matrix Level 12 (*or its IDA equivalent) regular. or - Pay Level-12
Officers employed by Central Govt./State Government.and PSUsand Authorities/ Corporations and other government organizations with a position at Level 12 (*or the IDA equivalent) or Level 11 of the pay matrix of the 7th CPC (*or its IDA equivalent) regularly.
The following qualifications are a prerequisite for obtaining a degree and work experience:
Essential:
(i) Master of Architecture degree through the Institute of National Repute, acknowledged through the Council of Architecture.
II) 20 years of working experience in the field.
Desirable:-
(i) Post Graduate Degree in Architecture.
(ii) From the all experience, a minimum of 15 years’ working in Government services. Companies, architectural consulting firms and academics. Candidates must have prior experience in the design and planning of metro, railway stations or airport projects. This includes the development of properties in these projects as well as the creating DPR for transportation projects.

Pay Level-13 (7th CPC)
Pay Level-12 7th CPC
