SCI Recruitment 2024 Post Eligibility
Technical Assistant Eligibility:
- Alter Limit Maximum Age Limit: 45 years old as of 01.07.2024
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Marine Engineering from an AICTE-approved/UGC-recognized university
- Experience minimum 3 years experience in an appropriate field (PSU or similar organization or in a ship as Junior Engineer)
Radio Operator Eligibility:
- Age Limit up to 57 years old as of 01.08.2024
- Qualification Minimum 12th grade with the General Operator Certificate (GOC) to use GMDSS equipment
- Experience Minimum 1 year of handling MF/HF SSBs and VHF sets, and with basic computer skills
Selection Process for SCI Recruitment 2024
For both the positions of technical Assistants as well as Radio Operators at SCI will be selected according to their academic qualifications along with their age and previous experiences. Candidates who are shortlisted will be invited to an interview. The interview could be conducted in person or via a computer. The final selection will be based on the performance during the interview.
