SSC GD Assam Rifles Selection Process 2024
The SSC GD Assam Rifles selection process is comprised of four stages which are described in the following sections:
- Test using computers The online CBT test the candidate’s understanding.
- Physical Efficiency Test Candidates must to be able to pass the test in the specified time.
- Physical Standard Test – Candidates’ physical measurements, like chest size, height, and weight, will be tested.

SSC GD Assam Rifles Constable Exam Pattern 2024
Candidates are able to look up the most current SSC GD examination pattern. It is applicable to Assam Rifles. The pattern for the exam comprises four parts. The total will consist of 80 questions that carry 160 marks. Each section having 20 questions. The computer-based exam will comprise of four distinct topics: General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Knowledge & General Awareness, Elementary Mathematics, and Hindi/English.
- The length of the test lasts 60 minutes (1 hour).).
- Candidates will be awarded 2 marks for each correct answer.
- There is a negative mark of 1/4 for every wrong answer.
- The minimum passing marks are 35% for General Category/Ex-servicemen and 33% for SC/ST/OBC candidates.

SSC GD Assam Rifles Constable Pattern for PET & PST
Candidates will be selected to be considered for the PET/PST exam by SSC according to their performance during CBT. CBT round. In the PST round, applicants will be assessed on weight and height criteria. Candidates who pass the test must go through an PET (race) round.

SSC GD Assam Rifles Constable Medical Examination
Candidates who meet the requirements in an exam such as the PST as well as the PET will be invited to take the medical exam. If candidates fail to pass the medical exam are not suitable for the job. The verification of documents is also carried out at this point. After the candidates have been declared to be clear and cleared, they will be deemed qualified for the position. SSC GD Assam Rifles Constable Trade Test (Skill Test)
In the Assam Rifles, candidates have to pass an exam called the Trade Test (Skill Test) for personnel in tradesmen and technical. The test will be conducted prior to undergoing the Detailed Medical Examination (DME). Candidates will be judged either Pass or Fail. If they pass, candidates taking the test will then be eligible for an exam called the Detailed Medical Examination (DME).
