SSC GD Physical Test 2024 The SSC GD PET & PST Norms represent the second phase in the recruitment process, undertaken solely by individuals who pass the CBT-based written examination. There are two key components of the SSC GD Physical Test: (i) Physical Endurance Test (PET) and (ii) Physical Standard Test (PST). The Physical Endurance Test (ET) examines the candidate’s physical abilities in running, push-ups, jumping, etc. On the other hand, PST measures the aspirant’s height, chest, and weight.

The CRPF is expected to conduct the SSC GD Physical Examination in August 2024 for the current recruitment process. The precise date for the SSC GD Physical Test 2024 will soon be available publicly, accompanied by a comprehensive timetable for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Measurement Test (PMT). SSC Constable GD Physical Test 2024

The SSC GD Physical Test aims to ascertain if the shortlisted applicants fulfil the necessary physical criteria, which encompasses chest, weight, and height measurements. All male and female aspirants need to meet the specified physical standards. The exception is available only for ex-servicemen candidates who do not need to participate in the PST and PET phases. Weight must be in accordance with height and age, following medical guidelines. SSC GD Height for Male and Female Candidates

Measurement of the chest is not applicable for female applicants. On the other hand, all male applicants must fulfill the chest measurement standards for the SSC GD Physical Standards Test (PST).
