SSC GD Physical Test 2024 The SSC GD PET and PST Norms constitute the second stage of the process for recruitment, only for those who are able to pass the exam. There are two major elements in the SSC GD Physical Test: (i) Physical Endurance Test (PET) and (ii) Physical Standard Test (PST). PST is the Physical Endurance Test (ET) tests the physical capabilities of the candidate in push-ups, running as well as jumping. In contrast, PST measures the aspirant’s height, chest size, and weight.

SSC Constable GD Physical Test 2024
This SSC GD Physical Test aims to determine whether those who are shortlisted meet the physical requirements that include chest and weight as well as measurement of height. Female and male applicants have to meet the prescribed physical requirements. This exemption is only available for former servicemen who don’t have to take part during both the PST as well as the PET phases. The weight must be consistent to height and age in accordance with the guidelines of medical professionals. SSC GD Chest for Male Candidates
Measurements of the chest are not required for female applicants. In contrast men have to meet the requirements for chest measurements to pass this test. SSC GD Physical Standards Test (PST). SSC GD Running Time for Male and Female

- For female participants, the run time for the SSC GD is 1.6 kilometers in 8.5 minutes.
