TNPSC AE Recruitment 2024 The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) has released the Combined Technical Services Exam 2024 that will allow direct entry to various positions that are not interview-based such as the post of Assistant Engineers (AE) in various disciplines. The recruitment drive is designed to fill many vacancies in departments like Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering and various other technical positions in the various Tamil Nadu government departments.
Candidates who are interested in applying must go through the full TNPSC AER Recruitment notification and verify that they meet the eligibility requirements before submitting an application. The registration for online applications began on the 26th of July, 2024. It is important to note that the deadline to complete and submit in the form for application submission is August 2024. Six54 vacancies will be filled during this recruitment campaign.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Assistant Engineer (Civil): B.E. Degree from Civil Engineering or Civil and Structural Engineering.
- Assistant Engineer (Electrical): Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Communication Engineering.
- Assistant Geologist: M.Sc. qualification with a major in Geology or equivalent.
Age Limit
- General Classification: 21 to 32 years old (as as 01.07.2024)
- Categories reserved: No maximum age limit (except for posts that are specifically targeted)
