Eligibility Criteria for the TRAI Recruitment 2024
Education Qualification:- Joint Advisor (Legal)
- Candidate must have a Master’s/Bachelors Degrees in Business Administrationor Economics/ Commerce Engineeringor Law/Scienceor Humanities from a reputable university or institution, or membership with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Indiaor the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India and having the necessary experience in the area.
Experience:-
(i) Must have experience in the analysis and handling with litigation and cases before cases and litigation in the High Court and Supreme Court or like Appellate Tribunals.
(ii) Must have prior experience in the analysis of the policy issue from a legal standpoint as well as the writing of legal regulations, directives and rules.
(iii) You should be knowledgeable about court procedures and the provision of legal advice.
(iv) You must have prior experience in the performance of quasi-judicial functions or implementing tax laws or regulatory duties under the terms of a Central Government statute.
Age Limit Candidates’ maximum age limit is 56 years as per their post as of the deadline for the submission of your application.
Pay Scale:Level 13, Rs.123100 to 215900/In the Pay Matrix in accordance with 7th CPC. Other allowances are also available like DA, HRA, etc. as per Govt. Rules. [Pre-revised PB-4, Rs.37400-67000 + Rs. 8700 GP]
