Educational Qualification:
M.Sc in Zoology/Marine Sciences and Environmental Science or Life Sciences Bioinformatics/Biological Oceanography or Oceanography and Ocean Sciences or Fisheries that has at least 60% marks aggregate from an accredited university.
Age Limit:
The maximum age to apply for the post in the JRF was 28 old as of 1. August, 2024. The upper age limit can be relaxed to a maximum of five years in case for SC, ST & OBC applicants (as as per GoI regulations).
Salary Details:
Rs.37,000+ HRA 30 30% (NET/GATE certified) for the first two years (Total monthly emoluments: 48100/+) will be offered. The fellowship of Rs.24000per month plus HRA 30 percent to the (Non-NET/GATE eligible) for the first two years (Total emoluments per month: Rs.31200/-) will be offered.
