Eligibility Criteria for CSIR-CDRI Recruitment 2024
Education Qualification:-
1. Driver
- Class passed.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license for LMV and HMV.
- Knowledge of vehicle mechanics (the applicant should be able to rectify minor vehicle faults).
- At least 3 years of experience in driving a motor vehicle.
Age Limit:- Candidates’ upper age limit should be 27 years according to their posts as per the last date of receipt of the application form.
2. Technician –
- SSC/ 10th Standard/ SSC or equivalent in Science subject with 55% marks and ITI Certificate or National/ State Trade Certificate in various trades (NCVT recognized Institute).
Age Limit:- Candidates’ upper age limit should be 28 years according to their posts as per the last date of receipt of the application form.

Selection Process for CSIR-CDRI Recruitment 2024
The selection process for the post of Driver (1) at CSIR-Central Drug Research Institute, Lucknow, involves several
stages. For the post of Driver, candidates have to first undergo an aptitude test. Those who qualify the aptitude test will then appear for the written test. The final merit list is prepared on the basis of performance in the written test.
For the post of Technician (2), the candidates recommended by the selection board will also be invited for a technical examination. Those who pass the technical examination will take part in a written examination. The final selection is made on the basis of the candidates’ performance in this written examination.
