Selection Process for HUDCO Recruitment 2024
The process of securing apprentice officers is based on two primary phases. The first step is to be tested using an Computer Based Test (CBT) and a Common Aptitude Test comprising the same questions, but on English in addition to Hindi. Following CBT the candidates who are shortlisted are invited to an interview. The final selection will be based on the total score of CBT (80 percent) and interview (20 20 percent). Candidates who are selected will go through one year of formal training, with an attractive pay scale which will be followed by a possible regularization as officers.
