Eligibility Criteria for IGRUA Recruitment 2024
Education Qualification:- Director
For Direct Recruitment
- Graduate in Aeronauticalor Aerospace Engineering or related fields with a minimum of 10 years of relevant prior experience.
- OR Master’sor Post Graduate Degree with a Master’s or Post Graduate Certificate in Aircraft Maintenance/ Aerospace or related areas.
- OR Ten years’ experience flying in India Air Force and aviation sector.
- OR Current License of a Transport Pilot for Airlines with a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.
It is desirable to have: Higher qualifications, educational experience, and managerial experience at a training institution.
The Age Range: 45 to 57 years.
For Deputation:
Age Limit: 57 years old.
Eligibility:
Officers of the Indian Air Force (Group Captain or above).
Public Sector officers of Central/State Governments/Public Sector with relevant qualifications and experiences.
General Requirements:
Tenure: Initial period of 3 years. It is extendable to 5 years.
Disqualification: Any person who has remarried despite having a spouse living at home is qualified unless they are exempted by the Central Government.
Pay Scale: Pay Level -14, as according to 7.7th CPC Pay Matrix, plus Flying and other allowances in accordance with the rules of the academy.
