IOCL Non-Executive Vacancy 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
The candidate must possess an 11th-grade or higher as well as an ITI or Diploma in the engineering field of interest. Candidates are advised to read the official notification for further information.
Age Limit
The maximum age for general categories is between 18 and 26 years old. The maximum age is able to be relaxed up to 3 years for OBC and five years are for SC/ST categories.

IOCL Non-Executive Personnel Selection Process
The selection methodology will comprise a computer-based test (CBT) and a Skill/Proficiency/Physical Test (SPPT). This SPPT will be a qualifying test. The CBT questions will be of a objective multiple-choice type. The exam will be administered with English and Hindi and there will be no negative marking for incorrect answers. The exam will award 75 points for Subject Knowledge, and 25 marks for general awareness.
