Eligibility Criteria for the MANAGE the 2024 Recruiting Season
Educational Qualification Qualification for Managing Fellows MANAGE fellow
- Candidates must have completed an Agricultural Extension Post-Graduationor Agricultural Economics/Agricultural Marketingor Agri Business Managementor PGP (ABM) at an accredited institute and have 4 years relevant work experience.
OR - Candidates must have completed an exam for a PhD in the field of Agricultural Extensionor Agriculture Economicsor Agriculture Marketingor Agri Business Management with two years of relevant work experience.
Highly desirable – Candidates who have a Ph.D. in relevant fields will be considered for preference.
Experience:-
(i) 2. 2 years to PhD students and 4 years to MSc candidates who have worked in the agricultural field.
(ii) The applicant should be able to organize courses and conducting studies.
(iii) Candidates must have previous experience in both secondary and primary data processing and collection.
(iv) The candidate must be able to travel according to the requirements in the contract.
Preference the following: proficiency of MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPointor Office Methods.
Age Limit Candidates’ maximum age must be 35 years as per to the post they hold as of the date of last receiving the application form.
Remuneration The amount is Rs 56,000 each month (consolidated).
Selection Process for Recruitment to MANAGE 2024
MANAGE Recruitment 2024 The process for securing the position of Managing Fellow entails the initial screening of applicants in accordance with requirements for eligibility and the required qualifications. Candidates who are shortlisted are invited to take part at an interview online. Dates and times for interviews will be communicated to the those selected. The final selection will be made determined by the performance of interviewers and a general evaluation of experience and qualifications.
