RRB Group D Syllabus 2024 The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) is scheduled to issue the Group D announcement in 2024. The aim is to hire thousands of applicants for various jobs in Indian Railways. They include track maintainer grade IV (Trackman), Gateman, Pointsman and Assistants for Electrical, Engineering, Mechanical, Signal & Telecommunication departments, Porter, and others. Due to the exam’s competitive nature Candidates are advised to start their preparations early. A thorough grasp of RRB Group D syllabus is essential for a successful preparation.

RRB Group D Selection Process

Knowing the process of selection is vital for candidates hoping to get through recruitment for RRB Group D recruitment. The selection process is comprised of several steps:

  1. CBT: Computer Based Test (CBT): The initial step in screening is the Computer-Based Test that tests the candidate’s knowledge and capabilities in a variety of areas.
  2. Physical Efficiency Test (PET): Candidates who have passed the CBT are eligible to take the Physical Efficiency Test, which tests their physical ability.
  3. document verification Candidates who pass those who pass the CBT or PET stages will go through verification of documents to confirm their eligibility.
  4. Medical Exam The final step includes a medical test to make sure that the applicants meet the health standards needed for the job.

The RRB Group D Level 1 syllabus includes four subjects:

RRB Group D Exam Pattern 2024

The RRB Group D Level 1 exam is comprised of three stages:

  • CBT Computer Based Test (CBT)
  • Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

  • Each correct answer on the CBT will be awarded 1 mark.
  • 1/3 marks is deducted each time you answer incorrect answer.
  • The CBT will include objective multiple-choice tests.
