The eligibility criteria in RRI Recruitment 2024
education qualification The following is the list of HTML0 Education Qualifications:
1. Research Assistant Research Assistant
- M.Sc. degree or an integrated M.Sc. degrees in Physics, Photonics, or Optoelectronics.
- At least six months of experience with pulsed laser-based experimentation in spectroscopy.
Desirable: Proficiency in any of the following areas: Origin, C++, Python, MATLAB and LabVIEW.
2. Professor (II) Professor (II)
- Ph.D in Physicsor Astronomy and/or in a related area.
- A minimum of fourteen years of post-doctoral work experience.
Highly desirable: Evidence of professional excellence through recognition like Academy fellowships, national or international prizes in science and technology.
3. Professor I Professor I
- Ph.D in Physicsor Astronomy or in a related area.
- Minimum of nine years of postdoctoral experience.
It is desirable to demonstrate high professional standing through awards such as fellowships of academies and international or national awards in the fields of science and technology.

Selection Procedure to be used for the RRI recruitment 2024
For professorships, applicants will be selected by a search-cum-selection panel who may also take into account nominations from eminent individuals in the field of academia.
For the position of Research Assistant The selection criteria will be based on an application evaluation and relevant experience. The Institute is free to limit the number of applicants invited to an interview.
